After a successful career in financial services, Mike now owns numerous business interests and has a passion for coaching and training. He has business qualifications from Massey University including two academic prizes, has completed numerous industry courses and is a life member of XL Results Foundation, Asia’s largest entrepreneur network. Mike has won numerous industry awards, and was nominated for a 21st century award for financial services, three Extraordinary Life awards and has won Inspirational Speaker of the Year and Businessperson of the Year (both awards twice). Recently President Bill Clinton mentioned him for his work in India and Cambodia with the SAGE Foundation.

From a diverse background that has instilled in him the key qualities of discipline and motivation, Damian Milo adds to his portfolio a depth of experience in business. Damian has both Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees, among other qualifications. Perhaps his greatest skill is in communication, developed through his education in psychology and criminology whilst working as a detective with the New South Wales Police. It is these skills, developed strongly through his work in the business sector, that have given him a great understanding of people skills and the ability to offer solutions for people to work and enjoy life better through his coaching and mentoring activity.

John Shackleton has been inspiring people for most of his adult life, as a sports psychologist, professional speaker and coach to corporate managers. John’s own mistakes and failures are why, he says, he’s become a success. In his youth he failed to become an international swimmer, but at 55 he’s swimming personal best times and is often ranked in the top 5 in the world for his age. Early in his business life he came close to bankruptcy on several occasions, but has since built a number of multi-million dollar businesses. In the 1990s he coached a number of world-class sports men and women including the British triathlon team, and he still works with a few internationals today. He achieved his own sporting success late in life: at the age of 50 John swam lifetime personal best times and achieved three top ten places at the World Masters Swimming Championships in 2004.

Dr. Vasko M. Najdovski has researched and written widely on bio-energy and related therapy over many years. Trained as a doctor in his native Macedonia, he later worked at Warrnambool Base and District Hospital in Victoria, Australia. He now lives with his family in Melbourne, and works with the International Center for Research and Study of Bio-energy. He is the founder of Global Dialogue Foundation and various other organisations in Australia and abroad, through which he expresses his humanitarian and philanthropic work. Using dialogue as a tool, Vasko’s work aims at building pathways and increased awareness for cooperation among people, cultures and civilizations, religions and science. At present, his focus is research into science and new technologies, particularly in the area of bio-energy.
